30-Day Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery without providing a reason. Contact us before sending any item so we can confirm the return and provide instructions.
For every approved no-reason return, exchange, damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or other quality-related return, munchkin pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement.
Returned goods should include their components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect an item may affect the available remedy, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Customized goods, clearance goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned where applicable law permits this restriction. This restriction does not limit remedies for defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
