Ordering and Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship only within the United States.

Is standard shipping free? Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take? Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit.

Will I receive tracking? Yes. A tracking number is provided when the order ships.

Can I cancel an order? An order may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Returns, Payments, and Support

Can I return or exchange an item without giving a reason? Yes, within 30 days after delivery, subject to the stated exclusions.

Who pays return shipping? The merchant pays return shipping for approved no-reason, exchange, and quality-related returns.

When is a refund issued? Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
